I see what you are saying, using a schedule to specifying when heating and cooling can occur.  However the fan coil that I want to model only has a cooling coil.  There is no heating coil.  This is a problem because the 4-pipe fan coil object requires that there be a heating coil.  Normally I would just add a coil, but give it no flow rate, however there is no hot water loops in the building, and I do not want to have to build a "dummy" hot water loop, just to add a fake hot water coil.  

Is there any way of using the 4-pipe fan coil object without a heating coil?
