[EnergyPlus_Support] Tubular daylight device error.

I am using DesignBuilder and I am using the advanced feature of including an .idf file to allow me to use a Tubular Lightpipe. When I run it I get the following error which seems nonsensical. Any ideas why it is telling me the area of the pipe and dome/diffuser are different whilst showing me that they are the same? I have included the relevant section of .idf file below.

It may have something to do with the fact that I am modelling the roof as a plane with no ceiling and so the diffuser is in the roof plane, the dome is above the roof plane and the transition zone is the room below the roof as it is a single zone model.

Thanks,
Phil.
