[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Override measured weather data at each time-step to the E+



I think you can use EMS. I couldn't find an explicit example regarding Outdoor air node conditions in the EMS application guide but if there is a way to do it, this is it.

BCVTB looks very promising and is something to keep an eye on. But I don't think you shouldn't have to go down this route in this case.
