RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Detached shading effects

hi,

I have a zone "sala" that has a rare shape, because of that, I decided to set solar distribution=MinimalShadowing. But after simulating, i get this message:
"** Warning ** Detached shading effects are ignored when Solar Distribution = MinimalShadowing"
I need the simulation to take into account the detached shading effects, how can I do it?

Unlikely. 

What are you seeing -- and if you think there is a problem, you should be sending your idf and details to the helpdesk.
