Heyy,

I set the output to monthly. The values for 'solar collector heat transfer energy' range from about -9330247.14J to 0J. Shouldn't the collector output be collectively positive even when cooling is allowed? 

Just to clear things up, my understanding of 'solar collector heat transfer energy' is the amount of heat energy that the collector can harvest. Is this inaccurate? if so, can anyone who know what the true meaning is shed some light on this please.

I am guessing you are looking at results from times during the night.  The collectors can also cool by convection and radiation to the night sky.
