Ecotect (at our last view) exported a really old version of the EnergyPlus IDF BUT it can easily be transitioned to current version with EnergyPlus transition programs. If you need help, you can send your ecotect export to the helpdesk.

OpenStudio with Sketchup does a credible job as well.
