[EnergyPlus_Support] temerature of the exterior environment

Hi,

I need knowing the temperature of the exterior environment. Is it the OutputVariable:Zone,Average,Outdoor Dry Bulb[C]?

In other words, should I consider other temperatures, such as sky and ground temperature, for calculating the temerature of the exterior environment? Or the "Zone,Average,Outdoor Dry Bulb[C]" include the mentioned temperature?
