[EnergyPlus_Support] Desiccant dehumidifier:no fans

Hi, I have used example file -DesiccantCVRhZoneRHCtrl- and edited it a little. To be specific, weather file, schedule and sizing period to suit my case. But the problem is the output values associated with the Desiccant dehumidifier like Regen air mass flow rate, process air mass flow rate, supply and regen fan power remains constant in spite i change the input value of Process air velocity, process air mass flow rate for desiccant dehumidifier:no fans. Only values that change are the process air temperature and humidity ratio. Why is it so? And where can i get the details of the wheel like the wheel diameter, Rotations per hour, wheel thickness etc?
