This one, DESICCANT PROCESS OUTLET NODE:System Node Humidity Ratio, is 
the actual outlet humidity ratio.

This one, DESICCANT PROCESS OUTLET NODE:System Node Setpoint Humidity 
Ratio Max, is what the system is trying to control to.

If the system is controlling well, these 2 report variables will be equal.
