Hi! I'm just new here.
I would like to know if anyone is using Energy Plus in Modeling High
Rise Building (30-60 Floors) and Robust Building Structures (Schools/Universities, Shopping Malls,
Airports, etc.) ? How practical it is when it comes to time lines to finish a model considering the interface Energy Plus has?
It seems that the inputs especially with the HVAC System Side is too
detail and tedious. It takes some time in order to complete all the inputs by just modeling a small structure. I just can't imagine how long will it take to model a multi zone and floors as big as 1 million sq. ft. structures?
I would really appreciate it guys if you could shed some light on my concerns about this very interesting energy modeling tool.
