need the Pro version to import DXF, however there is a free plugin available for
v7 that allows it. See this forum post for a download link: http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=161784 Andy Tindale DesignBuilder From: EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

<eglyon@xxxxxxx> Sketchup will import a dxf. Click
File, click Import, open the file types and select dxf. Note that surfaces with more than 4
sides are typically open wire frame. Check the reference doc for dxf format. Ned Lyon, P.E. (MA) SIMPSON GUMPERTZ & HEGER From: EnergyPlus_Support@
