An EPW for Siem Reap, Cambodia (KHM) has been uploaded to the YahooGroup: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Meteonorm_Weather_Files/Cambodia%20%28KHM%29/
As with all Meteonorm created files -- read the .info file in the .zip and review the .audit and .stat for further details on the files. Be aware that these are often interpolated from other stations. You use these entirely at your own risk.
