There are no HVAC systems that use a Fan:OnOff on a branch, only
Fan:ConstantVolume or Fan:VariableVolume. The only way to use a
Fan:OnOff object is to use it with a unitary HVAC system where the fan
is part of the AC unit. See AirLoopHVAC:Unitary:HeatCool or
AirLoopHVAC:UnitaryHeatPump:AirToAir for examples.
FurnaceWithDXSystem.idf and HeatPump.idf example files show how to
connect these types of HVAC systems.
