The solar angle for Sep and October probably loads your space more
than design days or hot weather.

Dear E+ users, I simulated a room facing east using VAV air distribution
and water-cooled chiller systems. The output was nonsense to me on respect of
water cooling coil rate as it is has higher values on average of months
that have moderate weather conditions (September and October) than
months where the weather is very hot (July and August). Any help will be highly appreciated. Please find attached
