I tried to find the preprocessor, but I could not locate it anywhere in the installation folder.
Do you know what it is called?

I'm going to guess that the processor is there but is not run automatically by the scripts. (I am facing a similar problem right now because I run command scripts to run the test suite and I can't incorporate the parametric files automatically).
You may have to run the preprocessor manually but I have asked the Linux install builder (a person) about this.
