[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: HAMT and thin layers

Thanks Ned,

We have a large batch of HAMT simulations coming up, an it is good to
know what to expect. Fingers crossed!

there can be problems with thickness. I had the same insulation
material with several thicknesses for a model, but one of the
thicknesses crashed the simulation. I had to change the material
properties and thickness to make things work. There also seems to be
some issue with thin, impermeable layers that I have not fully resolved
in my models. One gets a repetitive error about calculating humidity
greater than 100% in these assemblies.

is the thinnest material layer I can input safely in this kind of
simulation?
