[EnergyPlus_Support] What is the best way to specify Wall, Floors, Ceilings, Roofs, and WIndows

The file ASHRAE_2005_HOF_Materials.idf has some materials and contructions, but there are many more out there: http://www.buildingscience.com/resources/high-r-value.

Is there a guide to correctly model actual wall, floor, ceiling, and roof constructions and to include windows that match the specs of actual windows by major manufacturers?
