I have up-graded my hotmail with Essentials. It seems that the editor is rubbing out characters and words.
I thought this is standard in the basement program. Half or full insulation is available for the basement wall object in the program. May be you need to add a basement in order to add insulation below the floor.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Slab insulation
Does any one have any ideas to define perimeter insulation for floors in contact with ground? As required by code (ASHRAE 90.1 or MNECB), for cold climate regions, the slab should have insulation but only for the perimeter.
