[EnergyPlus_Support] bothering question @ 4ZoneWithShading_Simple_1.idf

I am using the latest version6.0, learning "4ZoneWithShading_Simple_1.idf".
 The coordinate system seems not right. "World" coordinate is predefined, the origin of zone 1 is (6,6,0), but "Zn001:Wall001", the exterior wall starts from (0,0,0). The final DXF result shows those two points are the same point. That is to say, a "relative" sys is adopted. 
I tried "world""absolute""relative" for this case,the results remain the same to each other, despite the former two give 4warnings(3 for weather data one for coordinate) while the last gives 3 warning(3 for weather data) 
Why?
