Try using the heat recovery nodes to connect to the HW plant loop and connect the condenser nodes to the condenser loop as you normally would. If heat is rejected to the HW loop, less heat is rejected to the condenser loop.

It is supposed to behave similarly to a chiller, except it is removing heat from a condenser water loop and rejecting it to a hot water loop.
I have attempted to simply hook up a chiller in this arrangement, but I get an error because the PlantLoop the Chiller is rejecting to is not a condenser loop but a plant loop.
