[EnergyPlus_Support] How to start
Hi Everyone.
I'm also a new user of E+ and google sketchup. I read all the emails which use to be coming through YG. But still I am confused from where to start working on energy plus if i get new project from Architects.
I have been working as a design engineer for building services. Having good knowledge of Carrier HAP & Block softwares. I read the E+ tutorial from Vibgyor. Read Getting started documents. Watch videos regarding sketchUP. But still I am confuse. How to proceed in designing.
My Concerns are.
1- How to proceed on Energy Plus calculations if I get Auto Cad plan views or file from sketchup.????? After getting those files what to do next for energy plus calculation.?
2- Do I need to follow Vibgyor tutorial or examples file?
Sorry to all, but I don't know what to do and how I will learn E+
:(
Plz help me in clearing my confusions.
Regards,
Tahir
