Kindly advice how below will work in E+ simulation in terms of schedule compact. What is the mean of 0, 1, 0.5 etc in this.

Schedule Type Limit name: Fraction
Field 1: Through: 12/31
Field 2: For: All Days
Field 3: Until 8:00
Field 4: 0
Field 5: Until 12:00
Field 6: 1
Field 7: Until 14: 00
Field 8: 0.5
Field 9: Until 19:00
Field 10: 1
Field 11: 21:00
Field 12: 0.1
Field 13: Until 24:00
Field 14: 0
