[EnergyPlus_Support] View factor



Hi,
I modeled my building by sketchup /OpenStudio but it has some problems.
1-doesn't set View factor in building Surface detail.
2- it don't export some surfaces  vertexes.
I attached test file.
do you have any advice to work with OpenStdio in better condition.

also I sent this email to Openstudio group but I didn't receive answer.
what should i do? please help me I have to present my project !
