[EnergyPlus_Support] control thermal capacity in generator mchp

Hi to everyone.

I have made a idf file where a microchp unit been used as replacement of a boiler for central heating. The model seems to work well despite on few things.so i have a couple of questions.

Is there any option where i can set the thermal power output of the unit?

I am setting the electrical output of the chp and after i am trying to control the thermal power output from the ''ElectricLoadCenter:Generator'' where changing the ''rated thermal to electrical ratio'' expect to increase or decrease the thermal output.

The unusual here is that when i am using a 7 kw electrical output with ratio 1.
the chp meet the demand and the thermostat setting and as it expected it produces 5.5-6.5 kw of electricity and 5-6 kw in thermal.
when i am setting the ratio to 3, then the outputs becoming the 2.1-2.3 kw electricity and 1.9 - 2.1 kw thermal where the system doesn't meet the heat demand.
while using as  ratio 0.5 or even 0.01 i ve got the same results as in ratio 1

is there any way to set for example the electricity power output to 2kw and the thermal to 10kw?

thanks in advance.
