[EnergyPlus_Support] external interface

Hello:

 I would like to use BCVTB to change some variables that are not
actuated components specified in EDD file, e.g. the blind angles.  My
question is that whether I can change any variable that is not
actuator (e.g. blind angles) through the ExternalInterface:Variable
object via BCVTB.
