Look in the Input Output Reference for the "Output:Variable" command.
The output variable you are looking for is "Zone Air Relative Humidity"
The IO Reference describes how to specify this output variable for a
single zone(room) or all zones in your file. And it also describes
how to specify the frequency of the output (hourly, timestep, etc.)
