I am modeling the similar system as yours, while encounter the same fatal error as yours. Any experience to figure it out?

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Maximum iterations for HVAC loops

I'm simulating an office building using absorption chiller and an electric chiller at São Paulo - Brazil.

When I run the simulation, the .err file shows me an error like this:

What is the meaning of this error? How can I fix this problem? I've obtained the .svg file in this simulation and the loops appear to be ok. Could you help me please?
