Unfortunately my work around is not really helpful as i am automatically producing the input files and the system only works if can auto size everything, the prospect of going into thousands of individual eio files and pasting different values into thousands of idf files is not something i particularly relish.
i have uploaded an example of my problem to the files section, the uploads include:
Original (Autosized) Simulation
Building_1310.idf
Building_1310.err
Building_1310.eio
Modified Simulation
Building_1310_mod.idf
Building_1310_mod.err
