[EnergyPlus_Support] F-VALUE

Trying to figure out the best method for modeling the foundation.

How do you properly account for the F-Value when your floor slab is broken up into many different zones?  I assume that the F-value only works for the exterior perimeter of the building slab but energy plus cant seem to differentiate between and interior perimeter and and exterior perimeter slab.

Also does anyone know how to calculate the F-Factor to ensure minimum values are being met?

Also what are some other methods for modeling a slab on grade?
