How do you want to implement air to water cooling coil?
Cool the water with DX and then cool the air, is a standard four pipe fan coil unit.
DX is the chiller. Hot water can be a boiler, gas or electrical. or a heat pump.
There are many examples you can choose from the examplesFile folder in the EPlus downloaded files.
