i also submitted forms for this file generator last Friday and again on Sunday.  Haven't yet received anything.  Is that unusual?  Thank you for your help, Len (new user)

It's not that -- I think it gets "stuck" and no one has it on their plate to check it every day.

i.e., the server is going -- it just gets internet bogged or some other kind of bogged.
