[EnergyPlus_Support] Underground wall defined using C-Factor

Hello All,

I have defined a UndergroundWall using the CFactor method. I gave a C-Factor value of 6.473 W/m2-K and got a resulting U-value of 0.033 W/m2-K in the envelope summary output. I changed the C-Factor to 0.6473 W/m2-K and saw that the resulting U-value changed to 0.031 W/m2-K. Is this logical? Would there only be this small change in the resultant U-value for a change of C-Factor by a tenth?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
