[EnergyPlus_Support] unreported output

Folks,

Is there a reason why an Output:Table:Monthly object is not reported? 
Strangely enough, it only happens to the outdoor condition, for example 
the object snippet below. I tried this with many IDF files including the 
ones in the Examples folder (e.g. PurchAirTables.idf). I tried both in 
Linux and Windows with the same result.

Any ideas?
