Have you added any Output:Variable (s)? or Meters? No CSV file is generated without them.

Can you attach the idf file?
Also, you can try simulating the file directly from OpenStudio. This gives you the opportunity to set the run parameters in a more user-friendly fashion than in the idf file, or the idf editor.
