absolute path (using c:\xxx) should work.  Relative may
not because EP-Launch now runs files in created folders.  (so that
multiple files can be run at once -- not applicable when you are running
a single file).  we plan on doing something in the next release to
help with this.

paths should not have "special" characters -- such as chinese
characters.

your other option is to download the latest Windows 6 and export the IDF
excerpt that is now available for your window.
