[EnergyPlus_Support] additional objects

I am looking for the following objects that are not in the idf created from open studio. 

 

1.  run period (look at one of the example files or workshop material idfs)
2.  ground temperatures (look at one of the example files or workshop material idfs)
3.  add the output summary table output (look at one of the example files or workshop material idfs)

Can you point me to where to find them?
