[EnergyPlus_Support] Reducing EPW file's capacity

Hi 

I have an EPW (weather) file which I want to use in a simulation software(DesignBuilder). The problem is that this files should be 1 MB but my files are a bit more. can anyone tel me that how can I reduce an EPW file capacity? 

I attached the files.
