[EnergyPlus_Support] Internal Mass Estimations

Hello,

 

Does anyone know of a good source for internal mass estimations for different big-box commercial retail stores, such as grocery stores?  I'm looking for mass/unit area estimates.  A list of typical material types by percentatge would also be helpful.
