[EnergyPlus_Support] Solar Distribution

Hello,

I´m having problems with my model. i have modeled the building but when i try to run the simulation some severre error apears telling this :

* Problem in interior solar distribution calculation (CHKBKS)
** ~~~ ** Solar Distribution = FullInteriorExterior will not work in Zone=1PAV_CONDIC_LOJA_C
** ~~~ ** because vertex 2 of back surface=AB2FE7 is in front of receiving surface=30E2F5
** ~~~ ** (Dot Product indicator=1352.0239)


But i have already checked the geometry and i dont understand why is this occurring !
Can somebody help me ?
