I changed my set points by keeping the Heating SP< Cooling and thereby corrected the errors. The program is now running without errors.

I would double check your thermostat schedule.  It looks like you are using the ThermostatSetpoint:DualSetpoint object and having the heating and cooling setpoint at 0 at the same time at any point will cause this error.
