[EnergyPlus_Support] Creating a zone with positive pressure?

I am attempting to model a dorm building with hybrid ventilation. The layout of the building is such that the hallway which connects all the dorms on one floor together is mechanically conditioned while the dorms themselves are naturally ventilated. In real life, the hallway is positively pressurized by supplying more air than is returned. This in turn drives air from the hallway into the dorms, which is then exhausted through the bathroom vent or through exfiltration.

My problem is that EP won't let you have an imbalance in the supply and return air.

I need to somehow impose a constant positive pressure in the hallway. Does anyone know how that can be achieved?
