[EnergyPlus_Support] wetbulb at high elevation

Hello,

Does everyone know how Energyplus calculate outdoor wetbulb temperature at high elevation?

I have go through the documents and only find:

1)      zone outdoor wetbulb temperature is calculated based on the zone height

2)      and  in the EngineeringReference/outside surface heat balance Energyplus give formulation and parameters to calculation outdoor drybulb and wind speed at different elevation.

However it is still not clear for me how the zone outdoor wetbulb comes from?

And the simulation results show that wetbulb at 600meter is about 4degree lower than the wetbulb at sea level.

Thanks and Regards
