[EnergyPlus_Support] DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir



Hello,

Is there a way to have the DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir object specify the VAV upper limit as well as the VAV lower limit?  I am using a VAV system to supply outdoor air to a space, and sometimes the VAV opens to allow the outdoor air to cool the space.  In reality, this will not be a control option, so I need to be able to set an absolute value for the VAV based on the space occupancy rate.
