Use the EMS to override the set point manager set points according to your logic. See EMS_Application_Guide document.

I have a building with a dedicated outdoor air system. The outdoor airflow is constant, and can either be sent through an energy recovery ventilator, or bypassed and used as an economizer. However, I am not sure how to create the proper setpoint for the AirLoopHVAC supply air outlet node. Basically, if the return air temperature is within 1 degree of the space heating setpoint, I want the supply air setpoint to be equal to the space heating setpoint (then the economizer will be off, and energy recovery used). If return air temperature is above the space cooling temperature, then I want to set the supply air temperature to 55 F, so that the Controller:OutdoorAir will register that economizer control is needed.

Any ideas on how to set this up?
