Its "node" also shouldn't be listed in AirLoopHVAC:ZoneSplitter or ZoneMixer. In E+, specify 

Output:Table:SummaryReports,
    InputVerificationandResultsSummary,  !- Report 1 Name

When the simulation is complete, open the "file-nameTable.html" to make sure your "conditioned" volume does not contain the plenum.
