Every feature in EnergyPlus has a idf file.

Which EnergyPlus Example File has...

Two links from the installation:

Example Files Summary Sheet - highlights each example file

Example Files Link to Objects - shows the first three example files (if
that many exist) that have a particular object.

Did you look at your error file -- unless you defined that schedule, it
won't be in your IDF.

And, did you look at the IOReference on the Exterior:Lights object --
that should help you.
