Open the IDF or the expIDF file using a text editor option on the EPlaunch.
Go to 'edit' 'find' for 'Sizing:Zone:Zone One'. If you can find only one in the IDF file, changed that to a different name, say ZoneOne without the space. You may get a different error message.
In the expIDF, you may fine more than one. Change the name of one which has a duplicate, and you may get an orphan object warning. Then, it can be safely deleted.

Hello All:
This error message is driving me crazy. I've checked about 20 times for duplicates in my idf and I don't see any. Does anybody have any idea why I keep getting this message? (Please see below for error message)
