Yes, there is also a zone thermostat.  The connection between the HVAC equipment and the zone thermostat is a little confusing at first, but the thermostat is assigned to zones using the ZoneControl:Thermostat object.  The HVAC equipment is liked to the zone through the ZoneHVAC:EquipmentList and ZoneHVAC:EquipmentConnection objects.
