[EnergyPlus_Support] convective coefficient of blind systems

Dear all,

I'm studying on Heat Balance Equations for Shading Device and Adjacent Glass at Engineering Reference V.6.0  (p.269).
(Interior blind system)

As far as I understand, user can input  custom  convective coefficients for any surface, such as walls, floors, windows, etc. using SurfaceProperty:ConvectionCoefficients object.

My question is,

Does the hi  value (shown in Figure 90, p.269) is  substitute by 4 (user input convective coefficient) at the inside of the window surface (ext window) regarding interior blind system?

SurfaceProperty:ConvectionCoefficients,
    ext window,             !- Surface Name
    Inside,                  !- Convection Coefficient 1 Location
    Value,                   !- Convection Coefficient 1 Type
    4;                       !- Convection Coefficient 1 {W/m2-K}

I'm little bit confusing due to the concept the gap convective coefficient (hcv)

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

DeukWoo, Kim
