[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: dualsetpoint deadband

I've been trying to use the availability manager to get it cycling but it seems to only turn on the AHU and not the Zone air terminal parallel PIU with electric reheat. I tried matching the availability schedule on both the AHU fan and the zone air terminal (and its fan).
Is there something I need to add to make sure the zone terminal turns on? I tried also the option cyclefanonly and nothing happens.
